These Terms govern your use of the Compass Workwear & PPE website and the supply of products and services. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. Orders & Quotes
Online prices are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in writing on order acknowledgement or quotation. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment
EFT payment is required prior to dispatch unless an approved credit account is in place. Bank details are issued with your pro-forma invoice.
3. Delivery
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on stock and branding requirements. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.
4. Returns
Branded items are non-returnable. Unbranded stock items may be returned within 7 days in original condition; a handling fee may apply.
5. Warranty
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects per supplier terms. Wear-and-tear and misuse are excluded.
6. Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
